Leobo’s caves and rock formations are not only beautiful but also hold significant historical value. These formations can be explored on foot, revealing traces of ancient stone age villages. You can see evidence of early habitation, including pottery from around 1,000 years ago, left by Iron Age farmers as offerings for rain. Stone tools and rock art depicting animals like eland, hartebeest, giraffe, and rhino, created by hunter-gatherers, have also been found here. These caves provide a fascinating glimpse into the past.
